The Illinois Welcoming Centers Program provides an array of services to immigrants, refugees, asylees, humanitarian parolees and Limited English Proficient (LEP) populations.
Recently, the Illinois Department of Human Services released a Notice of Funding Opportunity for new welcoming centers.
